Announcing our new project!
Due to the coronavirus situation, we have accepted that our hiking adventure across the world is over and we are moving on. Since we are in beautiful New Zealand we will just make our next adventure local. So next we are converting an old passenger bus into our tiny off-grid home on wheels. We are super excited about this next reboot!
Right now the bus is on the North Island, so we have to wait for the lockdown to stand down before we can pick it up. But as soon as the restrictions are lifted we will get on with the build.
We are going to be based in Oamaru, a three-hour drive south from Christchurch, this winter while building the bus. We are documenting it here, and on all our channels, and we hope you will follow along for this journey too!
