We love our organic coffee, we just don’t want to contribute to the waste of single-use cups anymore. So we got some really nice insulated mugs instead. It is crazy when you think about how much plastic, styrofoam or paper ends up on the trash heap every day! So, we are doing our little part by choosing to minimize our single-use plastics consumption. It’s really not that hard.
Kia ora Scott and Karma wow you look so happy and it’s truly inspiring xx blessings to you both and I wish a safe and epic journey…. Can i ask how do u afford to live like do u start out with x amount of savings I would love to do this but how do u survive financially (real talk)
Kia ora Sherie! Thank you! 🙂 Savings and taking short projects and contracts as we go. Being realistic (making our own lattes and less takeout) and figuring out the bare minimum of what we need to survive and then working as little as possible to meet that need. Basically, living a simple life in a van. Having faith and letting go of control a bit… nothing is guaranteed, taking each day as it comes and being ok with the uncertainty. If you have a dream to do this, follow your heart. Give it a go. There is always plan b.
